ThinkRoom
Gift the power of thinking to your child with our ThinkRoom Program
ThinkRoom awakens a child’s mind to bring out the extraordinary Human Potential. A child spends 3.5 hours a day in a classroom. ThinkRoom replaces Classroom. ThinkRoom goes beyond achieving mere academic excellence to awaken the Human Potential in every child. Children in a ThinkRoom listen, think and create in their own unique way.
There is only one way of learning in a classroom, whereas the number of ways of learning in a ThinkRoom is equal to the number of kids. We at SIDDHI recognize the importance of digital learning and in person learning and we are completely in alignment with the NEP 2020 policy. The policy recommends blended learning to be identified for appropriate replication of different subjects.
Highlights
Highlights of our Program Playgroup – Grade 2
Each story has a series of learning experiences that take children through an exciting journey of discovering words, exploring themes and developing language art skills.
Literacy
Stories are an important part of our curriculum. We start focusing on reading from as young as our Playgroup children. Inculcating reading habit not only helps with vocabulary but ignites child’s creativity and imagination. Story Books are part of the curriculum. Children start from picture books and then transition to reading age-appropriate sentences.
Phonics
Phonics is complimentary to the reading program, combined with whole word sight reading. It allows the learning of individual letters, their sounds as well as the basic letter combinations (phonemes) in the English Language
Numeracy
Shifting the focus from mere learning of numbers and operations, the Numeracy curriculum aims at the child’s understanding of the basic principles and applying them in real life.
EVS
A comprehensive, well-planned, and theme-based approach to teaching EVS helps the child to be aware of, understand and appreciate the world around them. EVS is integrated within Stories as themes, a more focused learning material.
